Forged Motorsports BOV and FMIC

Forged Motorsport Diverter Valve kit developed specifically for the N54 Motor. This is a great system to add to your already powerful vehicle. Very similar to the stock setup, Forged Motorsport’s has developed a piston based design offering significantly improved reliability over the failure prone OEM diaphragm design with no delays to response time.

Forged Motorsport’s products are all CNC in house for a perfect product for your vehicle.

The valves are fully tunable for 1) boost holding capacity and 2) response by way of proprietary interchangeable springs and shims. This allows the kit to be used on any set up from a bone stock car to a highly modified beast.

The kit consists of the following:
1. Billet Aluminum Diverter Valve (Available in Machined Alloy or Black) X 2
2. Black Silicon Hose (custom multi-layer fabric reinforced) x 2
3. Hose Clamps x 4

3D Designs Featured on Bimmerpost!

Japanese tuning house 3D Design has released new aero enhancements for the E89 Z4, including the polyurethane front lip spoiler and trunk spoiler. Also released is a carbon fiber reinforced plastic rear diffuser. ZPOST member kudac63 has already had the front lip spoiler installed (photos).

On the BMW m3 GTP car, PalmerSport has used a lot of front lips on the car. But the only one to hold up to achieve what needs to be done is the 3d Designs Front lip. The front lip is three parts, one long main piece is full carbon fiber well the splitters are dry carbon.  One of the best quality carbon fiber product, produced for BMW's.

N54 Stage 1 ECU Performance Software

ESS N54 Stage 1 ECU software is a result of extensive testing and exact calibration of ECU parameters to allow conservative performance gains on an otherwise stock car. The ESS 335i software is developed and tested in extreme heat in the Arizona desert as well as extreme cold temperatures in Scandinavia. Typical gains are in the 40-50whp range. Catless exhaust option available upon request.

While others choose to push it farther, we are well aware of the operating limits of the stock turbos based on data from MHI directly. This is a safe, yet reliable tune for those who wish the top no-holds-barred power choice.

Typical gains are in the 100whp range.

ESS Normal Aspiration optimized ECU software is a result of 100's of dyno runs and exact calibration of all parameters to allow maximum performance gains with improved drivability/fuel consumption and stock engine longevity.
