Local Photoshoot meet - May 16th 2009

This is the first photo with my new tripod.
I got some new equipment and test few of them on this photoshoot.
The Manfrotto 055XProb is stable and has various position for me to take decent photos.
I will test Skyport wireless flash triggers at the next photoshoot which is tomorrow.

360 Forged CF5ive on E92 M3

We had the pleasure of working with a great client from overseas.
His objective was clear from the start; head turning design without sacrificing OEM practicality and handling.

He chose to go with the 360 Forged CF5ive with Matte Black lips in stock sizes:
Front: 19 - 8.5
Rear: 19 - 9.5

He also has the Vorsteiner front lip (with hangers... hmmm.... ACS??!!) and is going for a few mods performance mods, with the intake, exhaust, pulley and maybe an ECU.

With all the recent controversy behind 360Forged, we were very pleasently surprised with the quality of this set of Mesh 10 that came in.

I wish the guys at Forged Distributing good luck and hopefully, we can do sell more of their beautiful wheels.

All in all, it was a great time meeting some of the folks from Bimmerforums, M5board, Chitown///M. It was first of many to come (I hope) and will look forward to the next get-together.

Indiana Dunes BMW Meet

Finally, we are getting good weather in Chi-Town and what better way to spend a beautiful Saturday with fellow-BMW-loving midwesterners that can't wait to put on those sunglasses and show off their Bimmers.

Initial meet for the Chitown///M members was at the BW3 on Touhy. Met up at 10am and weaved through Chicago traffic to HomeDepot, downtown to meet up with a few more members.



Then it was off to the Dunes (Indiana Dunes State Park) for some BBQ and basking on the beach?? (if you can even call that a beach: lake shore??)

Johan tried sticking his body out for some rolling shots but Chicago traffic was not an easy layout for that...
